I have been a Realtor® for over 23 years. I have taken and continue to take real estate related courses and have had designations such as Certified Negotiation Specialist®, Certified Consultant for Real Estate®, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist®. I also have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. By far, most important are my years of real estate experience. Experience with beginner investors, experienced investors, first time homebuyers and sellers, upsizing and downsizing homebuyers and sellers, those selling to move for assisted living, and family members selling property because a loved one has passed. I am grateful for those who have allowed me to assist them. It has given me insight and understanding. Not just for the listing and selling of property. Hopefully, anyone with a real estate license should be able to do that. But in addition to that, understanding all that comes with each unique situation, and the ability to lighten the real estate aspect.
Personally, I am also a consumer, worker, wife and mother. I understand working hard for your money and wanting to get the best value. I understand how important home is. It is our haven. It is a place we want to make safe and pleasant for ourselves and loved ones. I also understand being concerned for the future and needing to make sound investment choices. My goal is always to bring my professional knowledge and experience together with my personal understanding to get you where you want to be.

Christine Hughie is an amazing person and realtor!!! From the moment we met, throughout the sale process and even after the ink was dry on the closing documents, Christine was the best!!! She understood our family's concerns for the sale of the family property. She embraced our challenges as long distance and international sellers. She communicated knowledgeably, compassionately and promptly. She addressed all our concerns related to the sale of the property. She interacted sensitively with the neighbors. She referred us to competent professionals for surveying and property preparation. She used the state of the art document sharing tools to efficiently and quickly circulate documents and secure signatures. She knew the local real estate market and provided excellent guidance. She made a difficult task incredibly smooth!! Christine Hughie is an amazing asset to the Coldwell Banker company, and we are so very grateful that she was our realtor!!!

Christine is an excellent realtor and very professional. She is only the second realtor that I’ve known that I actually saw help a client move into the house after closing. I was very impressed by that.

I have dealt with 3 realtors in the past, before using Christine, and I would not have recommended any of them to anyone I know. Christine is the first realtor that I used that I would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone. She went above and beyond my expectations. I was relocating from Colorado from South Carolina and was only in town for a few short day to find a home. She listened to me and found me the perfect house within my price range. Christine would come over to the house every couple of weeks and send me updates on the progress of the home. I was able to call or text Christine and almost anytime and she was able to assist me at nearly anytime I contacted her. On the day of closing, she asked me if she could help me move, and then she came over and helped me move all of my stuff. I have nothing but excellent things to say about Christine and am so thankful to her. She is the best realtor ever!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

This is the second time I have used Christine Hughie, and like the first time I was very pleased with the service she gave. She advised me on how to price my land and house comparable to what the selling price was in the area. She was very patient with not just me, but also with some younger family members who never had the experience of dealing with a realtor. She helped make a sad experience of selling my parents home, much more tolerable. I have also referred her to my sister.

I really do appreciate Christine for her help she has been with us from day one. Even though we viewed several houses and did not find what we wanted but she was very patient with us, did not rush us, and her main objective is for us to be happy and satisfied. She went above and beyond and stuck with us until we found what we wanted. Thank you Christine JOB WELL DONE.

Christine helped us with two condo purchases and finding annual renters for one of the condos. She was knowledgeable, professional and highly responsive. We live on the west coast so we had to rely very heavily on her expertise. Could not be happier with the outcome.

I consider Christine Hugee a "God Sent". Two years ago, I found some property in the area that I loved, Christine and I started the sale process and then the seller changed her mind. Later during the year, I call Christine to see if there were any available property in that same area for sale, she checked and there wasn't. Time pasted, and one day I was checking my email, and there was mail from Christine letting me know that some property in the area for sale, and if I wanted to have a look. Christine was so very thoughtful, she made sure I was the first to get the opportunity to get my heart's desire. Christine took the time to walk me through the purchasing process, (long story short) now I am the owner of the place I plan to build my new home, and it's all because of an angle named Christine Hugee!!
